The total cost of delivery is directly related to the sizes and number of items in your order. If any of your items exceed a certain level in either height or width, we must use a bigger truck, which will raise the cost of delivery, even if you have only a single item. The first delivery level is 4m wide; the second delivery level is 6m wide. Of course, we always stack the items in a most efficient way to save space.

Some of the doors we manufacture are bigger than most trucks can fit. Another consideration is the location of delivery site, since some streets and even suburbs cannot fit a large truck due to narrow streets or overhead wiring. For unusually large items, over 6m in either height or width, we will assemble onsite. This method allows us to deliver very large windows or doors using existing truck capacity and minimising expenses to your budget.

Deliveries further than 100km from Sydney Metropolitan Area can incur petrol surcharge. Delivery is optional and customers can make their own arrangements to pick up the windows and doors from our manufacturing facility at no cost. Unless requested otherwise, our quotations will also estimate the delivery cost.

Delivery of double glazed windows, doors and products within 100km of the Sydney Metropolitan Region does not attract a fuel surcharge. If your order is comprised of only a few double glazing items, we can operate a multi drop delivery system to save you money. This method allows us to service multiple customers in the same area who share the truck and the delivery cost.
